About the event
Nourish in Motion is a collaboration between Breathe Barre and Laud Beauty, created to bring women together in a space of strength, beauty, and connection.
The morning begins with an empowering Pilates class at 10 AM to energise your body, uplift your spirit, and set the tone for the day. After class, enjoy curated conversations and mindful connection with like-minded women in a warm, supportive setting.
To complete the experience, each guest will receive a luxurious goodie bag curated by Laud Beauty — filled with treats to continue your journey of beauty and wellness beyond the studio.
