Can I Call You Rose is a sensory morning of movement and ritual — an invitation to return to yourself.
We begin with a grounding Pilates session, breath-led and intentional, designed to centre the body and calm the nervous system.
The experience then unfolds into a refined rose ritual:
a rose bath tea masterclass, an introduction to ear seeding, and a refreshing bottle of rose water to take home.
