Nourish in Motion is a collaboration between Breathe Barre and Laud Beauty, created to bring women together in a space of strength, beauty, and connection.
The morning begins with an empowering and energising Barre class at 8 AM to uplift your spirit and set the tone for the day. After class, enjoy light refreshments and the chance to share meaningful conversation and mindful connection with like-minded women in a warm, supportive setting.
To complete the experience, each guest will receive a luxurious goodie bag curated by Laud Beauty — filled with something special to continue your journey of beauty and wellness beyond the studio.
